This role requires a deep understanding of the publishing industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for literature. The Tobias Literary Agency values its colleagues, who are passionate about representing the careers of authors who draw from a diversity of experiences and uplifting all marginalized voices, and that is reflected in our competitive commission rates.
